This store is operated by Pupcourt ("we", "us", "our"), based in Melbourne, Australia.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

We try to display accurate product information, colours, and pricing, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices and product availability at any time without notice.

Product images are for illustration. Printed colours and knit textures may vary slightly between production runs.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Shipping, returns, and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms. We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return on unused items in their original packaging, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the ACL. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the ACL, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, illustrations, logos, and the Pupcourt name, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
