Shipping policy
Every Pupcourt order is packed and shipped from Melbourne. Here is what to expect between checkout and your letterbox.
Where we ship
We ship within Australia only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping costs
- $70 AUD and over: Free
- Under $70 AUD: Flat rate $6.95
All prices are in Australian dollars.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne within 2 business days of your order being placed. During launch periods or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer; we will note any delays on the site.
Delivery times
We ship every order with Australia Post.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on where your parcel is going. Australia Post publishes current estimates for any two postcodes, and their tool is the most accurate answer we can give you: auspost.com.au delivery times.
These are Australia Post estimates, not guarantees. Rural and remote addresses can take longer.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Wrong or incomplete address
Check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email admin@pupcourt.com as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, we cannot redirect it, and re-shipping a parcel returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a new shipping charge.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it has gone missing, email admin@pupcourt.com with your order number. Damaged or lost orders are covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
