Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Pupcourt order. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, email admin@pupcourt.com within a reasonable time with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
Change of mind
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- In resaleable condition
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage, and original shipping charges are not refunded. We do not charge a restocking fee.
How to start a return
Every return starts with an email. Send your order number and the reason for the return to admin@pupcourt.com and we will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to appear.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been worn, used, washed, or are not in resaleable condition, other than faulty goods, may not be eligible for a change-of-mind refund. Socks, wristbands and headbands are worn next to the skin, so please try them on before removing tags or washing them.
