Pupcourt respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Information we collect

  • Contact and order details: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number
  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers, for example Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Order and fulfilment data shared with Australia Post to deliver your order
  • Technical data: device, browser, and usage data via cookies and analytics

How we use it

  • To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders
  • To provide customer support and respond to enquiries
  • To send order updates and, where you have opted in, marketing communications
  • To improve our store and comply with legal obligations
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including understanding which ads lead to visits or purchases

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the store, including:

  • Shopify, our e-commerce platform and payment processing
  • Payment providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal, to process payments
  • Australia Post, to dispatch and deliver your order
  • Service providers for analytics and email
  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Google and Meta, to measure performance and show relevant ads. Where these tools are in use we share limited event data such as pages viewed, items added to cart, and purchases. These partners may match this data to their own users, and you can manage ad personalisation in your Google, Facebook and Instagram account settings.
  • Authorities where required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to operate the store, remember your cart, and understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work properly. Some cookies and similar technologies, such as advertising pixels, help us and our advertising partners measure and show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your Google and Facebook ad settings, or by disabling cookies in your browser.
